The trek to the Tengboche begins with 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, then the trek takes to the beautiful valley called Dudh Koshi valley and then to Namchebazaar, the most visited town in the region. Subsequently, you continue your trek to the beautiful Tengboche monastery, the place surrounded by Himalayan forests, considered the sacred and well-off in wildlife. Amidst breathtaking panoramas of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and other peaks aroud, then you return to Namche and finally to Lukla. The Tengboche trek is a fascinating trip, as there lie the worlds the highest mountain, the settlement of legendary Sherpa people on its rugged terrain.

Detail Itinerary
Day 01Arrival in KTM, transfer to hotel Our Office representative will be in International Airport to pick up you and transfer to Hotel. Orientation of the Trek and introduce with guide.
Day 02Kathmandu–Lukla-Phakdhing Duration: 35 minute fly and 4 hrs walk Height: 2850m-2610m Early morning fly to Lukla and walk to Phakding. It will be good flight views with about 200 km panoramic views of eastern Himalayas. After flight, walk along the Sherpa villages green vegetations and high cultivations. (B.L.D)
Day 03Phakdhing - Namche Bazaar Duration: 6hrs Height: 3450m crossing several bridges on Dudkosi River via Jorsalle and climb up to Namche Bazaar steep up with Everest views along the climb through the Pines forest and alpine flowers and arrived a touristy town Namche bazaar. It has Bakeries, Email service, Money exchange, equipment shops, Foods shops, SPCC office and Museum at Chrokang gives you good time. (B.L.D)
Day 04Namche Bazaar Duration: All day Height: 3450m Acclimatization day. This day can use for rest or explore round like to Khumjung, Thomo, or Khunde village above Namche bazaar and back to Namche over night. (B.L.D)
Day 05Namche Bazar-Tengboche, Duration: 6hrs Height: 3860m After breakfast, get on the trail and descend to the Dudh Koshi River. Continue on an ascent through conifer and rhododendron forest to Tengboche. The Tengboche Monastery is situated on a ridge and surrounded by mountains including Thamserku, Kangtenga and Ama Dablam. Day 06Tengboche-Monju, Duration: 5 hours Height: 3440m Early morning good view of Mt Everest from just above the lodge and downhill treks goes to Phunki Tenga and climb up Namche Bazar via sunasa. We will have lunch on Namche Bazar. After lunch we climb down hilary Suspension Bridge takes about 1:30 hours. After crossing Suspension Bridge we will reach Monju (2850M) about in 45 minutes.
Day 07Namche Lukla, Duration: 7 hours Height: 2850m All the way Downhill through the Pine forest leaving behind Everest and cross the several bridge on the Dudhkosi river green vegetation and cultivation along the Sherpa villages. Walking along the Dudkosi river and stay high passing couple villages and arrive at Lukla. (B.L.D)
Day 08Fly from Lukla- KTM, 40 minutes fly Early morning fly to Kathmandu and drive to Hotel, self explore and shopping
Day 09Free Day and farewell dinner Free Day and farewell dinner in Kathmandu Enjoy the day in Kathmandu - Nepal’s capital city - and prepare for the next day's back home. Overnight Accommodations: Hotel/guesthouse Meals Included: breakfast and dinner in finest Nepali Traditional Restaurant
Day 10Fly Out HomeToday is the last minute in Kathmandu,Nepal .Some of our representative from Budget Adventure Treks & Expeditions will come at the hotel for the shearing of your feedback at the breakfast time and drop you at the Airport according to your flight schedule.
